Unlike most other companies offering Service and Maintenance Contracts, we do not increase the cost of the Contract to you in the second year. We want our customers to stay with us, so our prices are competitive from Day One - and they stay that way!
Lower monthly cost with an excess fee
In order to reduce the monthly cost, we offer the option of selecting a £60 excess fee. This means that, should you have to call us out, you would need to pay the £60 excess, regardless of the total cost of the repair. However please bear in mind that this would apply to every claim made.

The BoilerCare ESSENTIAL Service Plan costs from just £9.00 per month if you select the option for a £60 excess fee, or from only £15 per month with no excess fee! You can add ElectricCare to this Plan for an additional monthly fee of £5.00, and a Landlord's Gas Safety Certificate is available for an additional £2 per month.

This product provides cover for repairs to a heating systems up to 30 kilowatt output in domestic dwellings using natural gas appliances. It is for Domestic properties. For commercial premises, LPG systems, or systems with an output over 30kwt, customers need to contact us to ask for a quotation or go to the Commercial section of the site.
